You won't get overlooked • Products in their hands — demonstrate what makes them different and answer questions on the spot • Content captured at the event — photos, video, testimonials, and social media opportunities

Performances, Demonstrations, & Trying New Gear
They can try it: We will have short performances to show off the gear of the manufacturers attending. In addition to learning and trying gear in your booth area, non-performing attendees will be able to try out products on the stage such as microphones, guitars, pedals & amps.
Demonstrations:
There will also be dedicated time for each manufacturer to talk to the entire audience about your products and demonstrate them if so desired.
Details, more Details, & Bullet Points
Your Area: You will have a minimum of a 10 foot area for display/demo purposes. We will supply you with a 6 foot table, chairs, & enough space for you to meaningfully demonstrate your product. If you don't need a table, but just a blank area instead, please let us know. If you need more space, we can most likely supply it.
What to Bring: Of course, have the products you want to show and demonstrate, but you may also bring photo & video gear. Don't forget press kits & any handouts you want to share. Also, please let us know your electrical needs.
Setup Time: On Thursday, October 29th, we recommend that you arrive no later than 10:30 am to set-up, just in case you run into any hiccups. Please note, some of the artists heading out for tour that evening might arrive early. Some press usually arrives early.
Badges: You will know who is an endorsable artist from their badge. There is an artist badge, a press badge, and a VIP Guest badge (which means they are a friend of an endorsable artist.) Of course, you will also have a laminate so the artists know the brand you represent.
Streaming: We are also looking at setting up a virtual component this year where we can stream interviews.
Private Meetings: Lastly, if you want to set up some private meetings or demos, please let us know.
Need help manning the booth at the Endorse Expo? Let us know & we should be able to find some local quality talent that you can hire for the day,
