The Endorse Expo is a private invite-only event where you get to meet some amazing potential endorsers for your Product!
There is so much great connection, interaction & advocacy as a result of the Endorse Expo, it is THE event to acquire great brand ambassadors & influencers to promote your brand in a way that no one else can!
Your Area: You will have a minimum of a 10 foot area for display/demo purposes. We will supply you with a 6 foot table, chairs, & enough space for you to meaningfully demonstrate your product. If you don't need a table, but just a blank area instead, please let us know.
What to Bring: Of course, have the products you want to show and demonstrate, but you may also bring photo & video gear. Don't forget press kits & any handouts you want to share. Also, please let us know your electrical needs.
Signage
It is so important for you to have signage. We suggest a retractable banner, though you can bring a full backdrop if you desire. If you want to use a retractable banner, the sizes that seem to work best are the ones 33" - 40" wide. Here are some places that supply them:

Setup Time: On Tuesday, June 4th, we recommend that you arrive no later than 9:30am to set-up, just in case you run into any hiccups. Please note, some of the artists heading out for tour that evening might arrive early. Some press usually arrives early.
Badges:
You will know whom is an endorseable artist from their badge. There is an artist badge, a press badge, and a VIP Guest badge (which means they are a friend of an endorseable artist.) Of course, you will also have a laminate so the artists know the brand you represent.
Streaming:
We are also looking at setting up a virtual component this year where we can stream interviews.
